The service
We provide an online studio to create images with AI and edit them. Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or similar to other images. Check that a design is suitable before you use it, especially as a trademark.
Credits
Generating images and some editor features use credits. Monthly plan credits refresh each billing month and do not roll over. Credit packs never expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where the law requires.
Your content
You keep the rights you have in your prompts, uploads and designs, and may use the images you create commercially, subject to the AI provider’s terms and the law. You must not create content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that copies other people’s trademarks or likeness without permission. We may block prompts and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
